What is Brenda’s Gift Baskets return policy?
Brenda’s Gift Baskets takes great care in packaging all of our baskets to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition. Because we cannot personally hand deliver all of the baskets ourselves, please report any damaged shipments to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will make every effort to replace any damaged items reported within this time frame. While your satisfaction is very important to us, we cannot be responsible for any damage that is not reported within this time. Please be sure to keep all damaged packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.
Food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. Any other kinds of non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient. Merchandise must be returned to our head office by the recipient. Please phone us at (623) 523-3614 during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 Arizona). All merchandise authorized for return by Brenda’ Gift Baskets must be returned in the original carton. No credit or replacement will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by our staff.
Can you customize the gift basket based on budget and theme?
Absolutely. Our baskets and gifts can be customized to almost any theme, and budget. We will work with you to make sure your gift is personalized, wonderful and within your budget. We are delighted to design just what you are looking for.
Do you deliver locally and ship nationwide?
Yes. Local delivery and nationwide shipping services are available.
Do you have a storefront?
No. However, we are happy to schedule meetings at your office or a convenient location.
Can you email a picture of a custom gift basket that you design for me?
Absolutely. We are more than happy to design a gift for you that is not on the website and email you a picture of the finished gift.
If I would like to add items that you do not carry, such as a book or CD, will you shop for it and put it in the gift?
We are happy to incorporate a particular item we may not have. There is a shopping fee to locate the item in the near vicinity. During the holidays, due to the busy season this service may not be available. Please call us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
